ExtenZe has long been popular. It has long been seen as the TV and infomercial male enhancement supplement seen on TV. They claim that ExtenZe will finally be the solution to everything you need. But when it comes right down to it, I could scream all day long that ExtenZe doesn’t work. I could tell you all the scientific reasons why ExtenZe doesn’t work. But the fact is that for good reason, the average consumer like yourself, is more likely to listen to another consumer who has actually tried ExtenZe before. I can’t say I actually blame them. So the question is, what do the consumer reviews say on ExtenZe?

ExtenZe has not received good consumer reviews either, which is really no surprise. Considering the scientific evidence, it does not put you at a propensity for success. But the question is, what are the consumers specifically saying. Now, one that really stuck out to me said this.

“I am an attorney in Los Angeles that represents consumers in Class Actions. Presently we are pursuing a case against the makers of ExtenZe and came across your posting on PissedConsumers.com. If you would be interested in participating in a Class ACtionj or providing me with more information regarding your experience….”

I cannot really be sure that this is true. You can never really be sure where things are coming from when it comes to the internet. But frankly speaking, many other consumer reviews talk about side effects like back pain, no results, and otherwise a product most would not actually want to buy. So I would recommend using Orexis. Orexis has all that you would need to actually see greater success, and I would definitely recommend using Orexis instead.

Do Protein Drinks Really Work?

Muscles are made when it is stimulated from weight training. That’s why when people start doing weight training for the first time, they feel like they’ve been beat up. Their muscle cells are injured from the weights and it can be repaired from taking in the proteins. After they take in the proteins, the muscles get stronger therfore bigger then before. When you repeat this process over and over again, your muscles start growing. For some people it takes less time to build muscles, but for the other people, it takes longer to build muscles then the others. That’s when they take the protein shakes. These protein drinks contain things that helps you to form muscles. However if you just take it and not do any weight training, it will come out as wastes because it doesn’t get absorbed in the body. So it is important that you keep up your exercises and weight training as well as you taking the protein drinks. It works the best if you drink the protein drinks 30 minutes to an hour before work out and 30minutes to an hour after your work out. If you really want the est effect you shouldn’t take protein as supplement but as meal replacement.
